Paypal or Money Orders with a tracking number within 24 hours of agreement to purchase the animal.
If I do not receive payment or a tracking number within 24 hours, I will not consider the animal as "sold".

I am willing to work out payment arrangements for animals with a dollar value over $500.
A deposit is expected up front and we can work out a mutually agreeable payment plan.
Deposits are non-refundable unless I am unable to provide the animal to you. No exceptions!
In other words, make sure you really want it before putting down a deposit!

I guarantee that my animals will arrive to you alive, properly sexed and healthy.
Someone must be present to sign for and accept animals when they arrive. I will not be responsible for animals being in transit for extended periods of time due to the fact that you are not available to receive the package.
If an animal arrives to you deceased you must contact me by telephone within 12 hours. The animal(s) must be preserved for documentation. Upon verification of the deceased animal, I will replace it for you or issue a refund less shipping costs. There will be no replacement of an animal if I have not been contacted by telephone within 12 hours of arrival.
If an animal arrives to you sick you must contact me by telephone within 24 hours. If I have not been contacted by telephone within 24 hours of arrival I will consider the animal to be in perfect health, and no return or refund will occur, or even be considered.
